There is a certain kind of peace that lives in an ordinary morning. A window left open to the sea, a curtain stirring as if the day itself is exhaling. Two cups, still steaming, waiting to be lifted. Wildflowers gathered without ceremony, simply because beauty deserved a place on the table too.
I painted this not as a memory of one specific morning, but as an invitation back to all of them. The ones we rush through without noticing. The tree outside the window that has watched a hundred sunrises. The tide that returns, always, no matter how far it pulls away.Try it!
