This painting was inspired by the memories of fishing shell fish called "whelks" under the night sky a company with the full moon. We used a torch that a beautiful fire to light our part and to see the shell fishes more clearly. Times has changed and this method of catching whelks is no longer here in local community so I created this painting to remind me of our past art of fishing whelks.Try it!
