Project Description
I see the world as an evolving landscape of vibrating matters. When I look at the world, I am drawn to the
ever-changing nature of water surfaces. I use oil-pastels, to create imagery of ripples through a repetitive process of addition and reduction. Each layer leaves its imprint on the surface, creating a sense of simultaneity that is difficult to fully comprehend, like the moving surface of water. Rather than capturing these ephemeral moments in static states, my work serves as my reflection upon the state of perpetual flux, and the remnant of events and energy that once took place.Try it!
