Yet, despite these forces, we can choose to focus on healing and refreshing our path, like water pouring over us in the heat of chaos.
In this painting, I urge my audience to view chaos as distractions to be left behind in order to truly find and enjoy peace. The style is Surrealism, using pastel chalks to highlight the intricate details, emphasizing that while mental health challenges are difficult, they are not insurmountable.
