AcrylicDescription
In Dissolution explores the fragile boundary between structure and disappearance. Through expansive fields of saturated reds, turquoise and translucent layered gestures, the painting evokes a landscape in the process of transformation — where memory, emotion and matter begin to dissolve into one another.
The work resists fixed interpretation. Vertical drips suggest erosion, reflection and release, while the layered surface carries traces of tension, movement and accumulated emotional residue. Moments of opacity and transparency coexist, creating an atmosphere suspended between presence and absence.
Rather than representing collapse, the work approaches dissolution as a necessary state of transition — a space where identity softens, fragments and reforms.
