My art is for people who enjoy experiences that enrich their lives creatively and foster personal growth, empathy, and a deeper understanding of the human experience. I believe that by studying art, we gain insights into the societal, cultural, and historical factors that shape our lives. This awareness can inform our understanding of social issues, promote positive change, and foster a more equitable and inclusive society. Currently, I’m working with mixed reality. My recent art is inspired by my exploration of virtual environments’ potential for personal growth and creative self-expression. These works explore identity, communication, and community, offering a perspective on the interplay between our digital and physical realities. My exploration of creating mixed-reality art brought out my experience with dyslexia and deep feelings about miscommunication. I’ve found myself questioning how technology, specifically the sudden flood of AI, influences how we understand each other and ourselves. To live a rich life, I take action to manifest my inner visions with art. Although sharing my inner world is vulnerable and can be challenging, it’s through this process that my work develops.
