The Queen`s Speeach in the White Hall of the New Palace
Description
In her response to the Minister President's address, the Queen mentioned that she had accepted the invitation of the late President of the Federal Republic of Germany, Theodor Heuss, who had visited London in 1958. She also spoke of her family's Swabian roots and paid tribute to the strong relationship between the two nations.
