Description
Acrylic and pencil on linen canvas, was shown at the exhibition at Apteka Sztuki Gallery, 2023, Warsaw. May be exposed as a part of a triptych and at the same time functions perfectly as a single painting.
Kairos is a different kind of time: it is something disordered, beyond chronology and logic, it is surprising, unpredictable, it transforms what is, it gives an insight into a different perspective. It forces us to go beyond the circumstances known to us, to make a decision. It can be a moment of happiness, but also a tragedy. Anyway, it exists as if outside the chronos or it is in some sense of the storm. It is a reality that goes beyond the accepted rules. And this is what I want to talk about when I paint my pictures, in which the unplanned and improvised is a strong element. What appears in the creative process.Try it!
