"I am a photographer working primarily in California and the Netherlands. My work focuses on the everyday of place. I am drawn primarily to buildings, light, and humans.
I work primarily with an old Pentax film camera and Fuji film, embracing a slower, more intentional analog process. Much of my work is informed by my time living in the Netherlands in my late twenties and early thirties. Moving between bicycles, boats, cafés, friendships, and changing relationships, I developed a lasting connection to place and a way of seeing that continues to influence my photography. I return often, both physically and through my work, to revisit that sense of place and an earlier version of myself."Try it!
