This was painted en plein air on the beach on a busy bank holiday Sunday with the lovely sounds of families swimming and rock pooling. This painting was done as part of my National Trust artist in residence at the Bucks Mills Artist Cabin. A delightful week spent exploring this one location. The painting is done in watercolour and mixed media.
