This artwork features abstract human figures and is part of my 'Dancers" series. The original sketches for this work were much more detailed and I experimented with removing a much detail as I could while still trying to keep the sense of movement and some of the forms. The colour palette used is more aligned to Matisse colours and a pale pink ground has been used rather than my more usual pop art palette with a white ground.

Digitally hand drawn exhibition artwork. 'Emmy' was created as an exhibition piece and was not originally going to be sold. Positive feedback from the exhibition led me to release copies for sale.<br />
The very graphic styling of this work commands attention in any setting and will create comment where ever it's hung.<br />
The face is actually a shop mannequin which was digitally hand drawn then the colours were manipulated to create the final artwork.

My hand drawn digital artwork of a dancer performing with the 1980s band Visage. The work is named after the song they were performing, 'Fade To Grey'<br />
The image has been created by combining two hand drawn digital images, one created in Procreate and the other in Sketchbook Pro. The final merged effects create this striking pop art style image.

Inspired by the work of Milton Glaser, 'Psychedelic Girls'. Digitally hand drawn on a iPad Pro using Sketchbook Pro software the work is highly graphical in style and uses a late 1960s colour palette.
