Description
Pictured is a layer of sandstone Eroded by the hand of Water, exposing a large “Fin” of rock. Arches National Park is riddled with such Fins. They exist as precursors to the Park’s name sake, eventually succumbing to patient Water and Wind that erode with time, forming Arches, before meeting their Entropic end as a pile of formless rock. The Park Avenue trail descends between Fins in the park, leaving one to revel in the power of Time and the nature of God’s creative process. The Landscape collection aims to convey the sights and feelings of places at home and around the globe through the lens of the intrepid, curious and open-minded. Images displaying compelling places through a digital photography medium.
