Description
Pictured is architecture from a once industrious area of London. Street lights illuminate the height of the buildings. Old pulley systems are still mounted, sitting idly and any useful function long since transitioned to simple now just simple aesthetics. Wisdom is physically present in the brick face, weathered by time. The Architecture collection acknowledges the soul and character of locations displayed through the work of the people that live there- through their architectural creations. Architecture tells stories of utility and necessity, as well as frivolity, excess, spoils and ultimately success leading to the creation of the gorgeous, weird, intricate, unnecessary, essential or ornate. All stories deserving to be told.
