CanvasDescription
My walk inspires Valley of the Winds through the giant chasm between the rock face at Kata Tjuta.
The blocks of solid grey paint weave in and out between the organic forms, symbolising the wind that carves out the rock face forming the chasm - gushing and screaming on its path. Likewise, the array of black lines interweaving throughout the pool of rusty red and brown paint appear like some web or arterial system, connecting each being to one another.
This string of connectivity symbolises the underground link between Kata Tjuta and Kakadu, the hidden energy and life force that unites them beneath the surface.Try it!
