DescriptionThis image of a flower window box under the window of 100+ year old Downtown Charleston home shows its textured age and character. The image was converted to black and white with a slight sepia tint. The texture consists of brick and concrete stucco. Charleston homes were also protected from earthquakes with "earthquake bolts" with the idea they would hold the house together.
