La arquitectura es mucho más que un objeto en un sitio: es la reinvención del sitio mismo. Una obra arquitectónica bien lograda crea y modifica el espacio, satisface necesidades, propicia encuentros, condiciona desplazamientos y transforma las interacciones humanas a su alrededor. Los grandes maestros de la arquitectura tienen, junto a una facultad creativa excepcional, la capacidad de ver y escuchar con atención y agudeza a las personas, sus diferencias, particularidades y necesidades, para comprender los problemas que se le presentan y proponer soluciones. Sus obras se mueven entre el arte y la técnica, la calidez de lo humano y el rigor de la ejecución, la factibilidad y la belleza. 
Sí, las grandes obras de la arquitectura suelen ser bellas, hablan al espíritu como al cuerpo y al mundo, confortan mientras cumplen las funciones para las que han sido concebidas y destinadas. Por eso la mirada de una fotógrafa que es ella misma arquitecta y que conoce de primera mano el valor de la imagen es capaz de resaltar los aspectos formales y humanos de las obras escogidas. Su apreciación artística descubre la belleza de las formas y la calidez de los espacios y sus usuarios; su conocimiento técnico nos brinda imágenes de relevancia informativa para la comprensión de estructuras y edificios. 
Victoria Murillo presenta un recorrido desde su mirada personal y calificada por diferentes iconos de la arquitectura mundial y algunos de sus principales maestros, con referencia especial al trabajo de Frank Gehry como figura principal de la arquitectura del último medio siglo. Murillo ha fotografiado varios de sus proyectos y tuvo el honor y el privilegio de registrar desde el inicio de su construcción su única obra en América Latina: el Biomuseo, ubicado en el istmo de Panamá, y que constituye el centro de las exploraciones de esta muestra fotográfica. Se trata, pues, de la imagen arquitectónica en su dimensión múltiple, para resaltar su valor histórico, humano, artístico, técnico e incluso patrimonial.

Architecture is more than an object in a site: it is the reinvention of the site itself. A well-accomplished architectural work creates and modifies space, satisfies needs, promotes encounters, conditions commutes, and transforms human interactions around it. The great Master of Architecture has, together with an exceptional creative faculty, the ability to see and listen with attention and sharpness to people, their differences, particularities, and needs to understand the problems presented to them and propose solutions. Their work moves between art and technique, the human touch, and the rigor of execution, feasibility, and beauty. 
Yes, great works of architecture are usually beautiful; they speak to the spirit, the body, and the world and comfort while fulfilling the functions they have been conceived for and are destined for. That is why the gaze of a photographer who is also an architect and knows first-hand the value of an image can highlight the formal and human aspects of the chosen works. Their artistic appreciation discovers the beauty of shapes and the warmth of spaces and their users; their technical knowledge gives us images of informative relevance for understanding structures and buildings. 
Victoria Murillo presents a visual tour from her perspective, qualifying icons of international architecture and some of the masters. A particular reference to the work of Frank Gehry represents him as an innovative Master of Architecture for the last half-century. She photographed several of his projects and had the honor and privilege of recording the construction, from groundbreaking to completing his only work in Latin America: The Bio Museum along the Panama Canal. It is the scope of the explorations within this photographic exhibition. Therefore, these multi-dimensional images highlight their historical, human, artistic, technical, and even patrimonial value.
