This is an original piece from Natalia, an artist from Ukraine. Poppy is Natalia's favorite flower to paint. Their Latin name Papáver, a genus of herbaceous plants in the poppy family. Poppy flowers can be of a wide variety of colors from white to dark red. Besides the several medicinal properties, it is a recurrent reference even in literature. Poppy is also considered the flower of angels, as it is used to decorate churches on the day of the Descent of the Holy Spirit. On this day, small children dressed as angels walk in procession in front of the priest carrying the Holy Gifts, and shower the road in front. She is donating 50% of proceeds to the organizations helping disabled Ukrainians.Try it!
