Kajonsak Rungsuriyan(Jon), a Thai contemporary art painter, has reflected the bamboozled and paradoxical themes leading to ongoing social discrimination and political issues through the Trompe-l'oeil painting technique, the deceptive view, which can be compared to the currently distorted world we have been facing. Several traditional techniques: underpainting, impasto, glazing, and scumbling through oil-painting on the canvas, allows the collectors to cherish his
paintings for a longer time when compared with another medium. Moreover, applying these techniques represents the hidden messages that repetitively revolved history of mankind, especially in Thailand. His paintings always leave a quest for the audience to penetrate through his historical remarks that are awaited for you to decode.
