"We are apart and yet separate from nature. We revel and are amazed by the natural world. I think we are always studying and sketching and trying to master and capture nature’s majesty in art or photography. I love trees and their canopies and the sea and flowers. They never disappoint and always are here for our joy. My mother taught me to love flowers and she is ever present in every photo I take of them. Sometimes they wiggle and I take that as a sign she is saying 'hello.' I am an eternally grateful flower child. As a young photographer, however, I never photographed flowers or wild nature. It wasn’t until I was older that they utterly called to me and beckoned, enchanted me."Try it!
