Description
"My work is rooted in the themes of hope, loss, and rebirth; a reflection of life’s constant cycles and the beauty that emerges from transformation. Each piece is both a personal expression and a shared space, created to invite a sense of connection and belonging for both myself and the viewer. I work with vintage pieces, layered textures, and found objects, breathing new life into elements once forgotten. These pieces carry history, memory, and emotion; woven together to create something both nostalgic and new. Through this process, I aim to illuminate the resilience that can rise from pain and the quiet hope that lingers even in absence. My prior time at Texas Woman’s University, where I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sociology, deeply informs my perspective as an artist. It shapes the way I interpret human experience, emotion, and connection; central themes that guide and ground my creative process."Try it!
