"At a young age my parents introduced me to foreign travel that whetted my appetite for the rest of my life. I wanted to see everything and learn and study about the world through art and history. There is no better education than traveling the world to make connections. You learn everything. I am fortunate to have seen much of the world – some 230 countries and territories and only prevented others because of civil wars. My eyes have seen 5 oceans, 7 continents and most cities on the globe . . . what a gift.
