"I am a British-German photographer (born 1989) with a background in psychology and information processing. My photographic practice focuses primarily on architectural landscapes. I’m drawn to the quiet meaning of places when no people are present, what spaces reveal in stillness. The submitted works were taken along the coast of Normandy in 2022, a place that is both historically significant, being near one of the major WWII remembrance sites and deeply personal to me. The sea there symbolises not only the weight of history but has long been a personal point of connection for me, as I have frequently travelled between Germany, where I live, and England, home to part of my family, often crossing the Channel."Try it!
