Description
Morning Walk is a bas-relief paper collage depicting an ‘almost-but-not-quite real’ place, offering an ambiguous world, somewhere between authentic and imagined. The work was inspired by the building angles, vista, and rooflines I see during my morning walks through my South Florida neighborhood. I built a bas-relief to emphasize the spatial dynamics of the composition, with the hope that the viewer will be compelled to consider and ponder the imagined space.Try it!
