“I am based in London and my photography journey began during lockdown in May 2020. It was a dark time for many, but we had a wonderful spring and summer. As flowers and shrubs came into bloom, I would photograph them on my iPhone, and sent a flower daily to family and friends in order to cheer them up. The photographs were extremely well received, and everyone began looking forward to them to the extent that once lockdown was over there were many complaints as I had stopped sending pictures. I restarted again, this time walking the streets and taking many pictures of flowers in front gardens and along people’s front paths. I then began to edit as artistically as I could. After about 18 months, I bought myself a Fujifilm TX30ii and there was then no holding me back. I have now moved on from flowers, and enjoy, portraits, wildlife and street photography.”Try it!
