Slavery, a practice that held people in bondage. Centuries after its abolition, its marks remain, visible and palpable. Practices and beliefs ingrained in ancestors have been passed down through generations, persisting to this day. Though free at last, many remain broken and bound by invisible shackles inherited from slavery.
To fight for true freedom, one must relinquish the practices and beliefs that have held them captive. Only by doing so can they enjoy true freedom, realize their full potential, and break free from the legacy of slavery. Whether willingly or unwillingly, when someone or something dominates you and you cannot free yourself, you are a his/its slave. Regaining freedom is a process and a fight, not against people, but against the shadows that haunt you.Try it!
