Casablanca Workshop under the guidance of Caren Perera. Her artistic journey began with explorations in batik and weaving during her youth, experiences that shaped her sensitivity to colors, textures, and forms. Today, her ceramic work stands out for its ability to transform the ordinary into art, exploring themes such as nature, emotions, and the relationship between humans and their surroundings.
Each of Verónica’s pieces is a testament to creativity and technique, the result of a meticulous process that combines manual shaping, vibrant glazes, and complex finishes. Her works challenge the viewer’s initial perception, inviting them to look beyond the surface and reinterpret their meaning.
What at first glance seems simple soon reveals a depth that sparks the imagination: is it what it appears to be, or something more?
