Ain't nobody home represents to me the loss of 'togetherness' and that terrible feeling of being alone. Music inspires my paintings but only that music which talks (in the lyrics) about togetherness and how important it is to have it and how catastrophic it is to lose it. The dynamic in this music is muted and instead there is a lightness and darkness to contend which is interrupted by movement.Try it!
