From Nigeria. His photography journey began in 2015, driven by a passion for visual storytelling. With an MSc in project management from the University of Portsmouth, Kelani fully embraced photography during the COVID-19 lockdown in 2020. He has since developed a professional career that blends his Nigerian heritage with global influences, with his work featured in exhibitions across the UK, Brazil, Rome, and Nigeria. In 2021, he received the Cool Wealth Award for Emerging Visual Artist of the Year. Kelani’s photography explores the relationship between humanity and nature, focusing on cultural identity and environmental change. Through his fine art photography, he captures the interplay between land, water, and sky, aiming to inspire a deeper connection with nature.
