Project Description: Displayed are four different images that utilize shadows in its unique and diverse iterations. All photos were taken on 35 mm film (excluding the scan of my collage) in the fall of 2019 (excluding Rosemary) while traveling through Western Europe during my studies in Journalism for my Undergraduate degree at FIE with Imperial College in London.
There's shadow as it's literal definition between the relationship and integration of black and white film in Visitation, then as an obscuring natural phenomenon in Rosemary, shadows as a political space in Closet Posters, and shadows as a memory, a documentation and archival object of the past in Lost Entry.Try it!
