In this striking image, a weather-worn bovine skeleton lies exposed against a rugged mountain backdrop. At first glance, the bleached bones and desolate terrain might read as macabre remnant; yet the superimposed proverb—“Beauty is in the eye of the beholder”—challenges us to discover elegance in unexpected places.
	•	The gnarled vertebrae, sculpted by wind and rain, evoke both decay and renewal, speaking to the fleeting nature of life.
	•	A cool, subtly surreal color palette lends the scene an otherworldly glow, animating the stillness of the skeletal remains.
	•	By inviting viewers to see beauty in what has been cast aside, the photograph becomes a meditation on perception, questioning our assumptions about what qualifies as aesthetically worth

This surreal scene recasts a familiar winter landscape in unearthly crimson: soft snow ripples become sculpted dunes of rose and ruby. Striations carved by wind take on a molten quality, as if the ice itself is thawing into liquid blood. The high-contrast ridges and valleys read like an alien topography, evoking both beauty and unease. Here, color overturns expectation—transforming the purest white into a charged, elegiac terrain that resides somewhere between dream and warning.

Motiv: In this work, I captured the raw texture and character of the urban environment. The calm color palette and minimalist composition encourage reflection and bring a modern atmosphere to any home. The photo captures a moment of stillness, contrasted by the rugged appearance, inviting contemplation on the transience and beauty in decay.
