For the last 7 years, DIVE has been exploring the outer bounds of the sub-conscious mind, through his dreamy abstract and mesmerizing contemporary artworks. Often based on glimpses of a color-scheme or a figurative object – caught in the mind while asleep or right before he falls asleep. For DIVE, his pieces are a reflection of his un-conscious mind alongside an ongoing dialogue with that depicted in the dream. A dialogue with the inner or elevated self. This soulful journey comes out as layers of fragments intertwined. Bringing naïvistic objects into orbit of his abstract expressionistic forms. Pushing the relation between the perceived external reality and the abstracted internal essence.

For this abstract expressionistic exploration, DIVE mainly works with acrylics, oil paint, spray paint and oil pastels. On canvas or linen canvas, depending on the desired structure.

Since the start, DIVE has been exhibited in dozens of group- and solo exhibitions worldwide. From multiple exhibitions in New York to Laguna Beach and London, to Venice, Luxembourg and Stockholm all the way over to Foshan and Guangzhou in mainland China. Over the years attracting a substantial collector base of today over 100 unique private and corporate collectors globally.
