Comparison Culture
Description
They say not to compare yourself to others.
That true happiness comes from within.
That material things can’t fill the void.
And honestly, I’d believe them — if I wasn’t imagining myself owning this beauty.
Comparison Culture is my tribute to the art of measuring your self-worth against things you definitely can’t afford. The Porsche floats above its messy reflection, just like my ambitions — shiny on the outside, wildly delulu underneath.
I painted this to remind myself that comparison is toxic. And also to remind myself that if I ever do get the keys to a 911, I’ll immediately forget all of that and start judging everyone in traffic.
“Comparison steals your joy.
Unless it’s a 911. Then it just steals your heart.”Try it!
